I must compliment you on engineer James. He was very polite and his workmanship was very clean and tidy. Even though I have had sky before this new system is very different and he was extremely patient showing me the way it all worked and answering my questions. I have no complaints with him at all.
However I do suggest the you have a word with sky and tell them that their telesales team are advising customers that they will get a call from the engineer either the night before or the morning of the installation advising them of a time of arrival. I asked James about this but he knew nothing about it.

Good communication from the engineer about when he would be with me. Arrived within the time he had said. Introduced himself as Anthony when he arrived and asked was it ok to come in and install the system. Even tho it was a hot day his personal hygiene was top notch ( not like some workers we have had in the past, not from Campbell and Kennedy ). Explained everything to me and showed/did me a tutorial on how the new system/remote control worked. Very pleasant through out the whole time he was with me and very efficient about his job. WELL DONE ANTHONY! !!

The engineer was punctual and presentable. He explained exactly what was involved in the SKY Q installation. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned as he went. He spent time explaining how the equipment worked, and asked ask several times if we had any questions. Overall, a very good job.
